1. Cabinet
The cabinet is composed of a high-sealing profile frame and low-thermal-resistance wall panels made of color steel plates. The frame is an aluminum alloy profile skeleton; the wall panels are polyurethane integral foaming with a thermal conductivity of less than 0.022 w/m.℃. High-density polystyrene wall panels or glass wool wall panels can also be used.
2. Fan
A low-noise and high-efficiency external rotor or belt-driven centrifugal fan is adopted. The fan has undergone precise dynamic balance correction to ensure smooth operation of the unit, featuring low noise and high total pressure.
3. Heat Exchanger
The main body of the heat exchanger is made of high-quality seamless copper tubes and high-purity aluminum foil, which are mechanically expanded and then tested for hydraulic sealing at 2.4 MPa. The performance meets the requirements of the GB/T14294-2008 standard.
4. Dry Condensate Pan
The carefully designed condensate pan and thick inner insulation material ensure no condensation under harsh conditions. The inclined structure is more conducive to drainage. The drainage capacity is more than five times the normal operating volume, reducing corrosion and avoiding bacterial growth.
5. Air Outlet
A spherical nozzle with excellent jet performance is used for long-distance air supply without ducts. Adjustable up to 60°, it is ideal for large workshops. In winter, it provides vertical long-distance supply, while in summer, it can swing automatically to simulate natural wind.
6. Air Filter
Specially designed plate-type filter that can be pulled out from any direction (left, right, top, or bottom). This makes it perfect for maintenance in compact spaces. Materials include nylon mesh or non-woven fabric.
7. Control
Equipped with an optional intelligent speed control system. It automatically adjusts air volume based on the load and can operate with fresh air during non-air conditioning seasons for improved efficiency.
