China Suppliers Factory Centrifugal Series Air Curtain Machines with Energy-Saving Heating Solutions and Durable Aluminum Fan Wheels

,

Introducing the FM series air curtain machines, expertly designed by leading suppliers in China. Equipped with high-efficiency single-phase capacitor-driven motors, these machines utilize well-proportioned tubular aluminum alloy or reinforced plastic fan wheels to create a uniform, curtain-like airflow. This innovative technology effectively reduces and blocks the exchange of air between indoor and outdoor environments, enhancing energy efficiency.

,

The RFM-1 series hot air curtain machines harness the heat generated from energized electric heating tubes, while the RFM-II series utilizes advanced third-generation PTC heating elements, achieving an electric-to-heat conversion rate exceeding 98%. These models ensure safety and reliability with no open flames and zero oxygen consumption, providing fast heating and extended lifespan.

Discover the latest in energy-saving technology with the RFMS series hot air curtain machines. This product features hot water as a heat medium, utilizing the STTL type energy-efficient heat exchanger for superior heat transfer efficiency and minimal air resistance. With a compact design, lightweight construction, and an aesthetically pleasing appearance, these machines stand out among those produced by top factories in China. They offer energy savings, rational structure, and convenient installation and maintenance, making them a smart choice for any setup.

    Install

    1. The installation of the FM series and the RFM series is the same. Just loosen the positioning screws at the bottom of the front of the machine body, separate the machine body from the base plate, and then firmly fix the base plate on the door frame or the wall (if not fixed tightly, it will cause vibration and noise). Hang the machine directly on the base plate, and reinstall the loosened positioning screws on the base plate in the original position to fix the machine body.

Note: When hanging the machine, do not forget to install the rubber shock absorbers. For the RFMS type installation, two hanging and fixing devices should be used to level the machine. It is strictly prohibited to rely only on hanging without fixing the base plate.

    2. The RFMS series water and heating air curtain machine should be installed on the indoor side of the door or window to prevent water from accumulating in the coil of the heat exchanger and freezing or cracking.

    3. According to the different heat media selected, corresponding water supply and drainage pipelines should be equipped and insulated. If using hot water, the lower part should receive water and the upper part should return water. An automatic vent valve is required at the highest point of the main pipe.

    4. Use softened water when using hot water as the medium.

    5. Before operation, discharge condensate water or mixed gas in the heat exchanger. Preheat for 10 minutes before turning on the air curtain. When stopping, drain the water in the coil completely. If the temperature is below 0℃, the system must not stop heating.

    6. During winter operation, the heat source must continuously supply heat to ensure the working state of the air curtain.

    Operation and Maintenance

    1. If any abnormal phenomena or noises occur during operation, stop the machine immediately for inspection.

    2. Keep the interior clean. For RFM-II PTC and RFMS water-heated models, regularly clean dust from heaters and heat exchangers.

    3. Inspect the machine after 1500 hours of cumulative use. Remove dust and oil stains using a neutral detergent. When cleaning the fan wheel, be careful not to deform the blades. Always cut off the power supply before cleaning.

    4. In winter, if the water-heated air curtain is not in use, ensure water is drained or anti-freezing measures are taken to prevent the heater from cracking.

    Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What causes vibration and noise in the air curtain machine?
A: Vibration and noise are usually caused by a base plate that is not fixed tightly to the wall or door frame, or by failing to install the required rubber shock absorbers during hanging.
Q: How should the water pipes be connected for RFMS heating models?
A: The lower part of the unit should be used for water intake, while the upper part is for return water. Additionally, an automatic vent valve must be installed at the highest point of the pipeline.
Q: How often should I perform maintenance on the air curtain?
A: General inspection and cleaning (removing dust and oil) should be performed after every 1500 hours of cumulative operation.
Q: What is the correct preheating procedure for water-heated air curtains?
A: You should first discharge any condensate or gas, then preheat the unit for 10 minutes before switching on the air curtain function.
Q: How do I prevent the heat exchanger from cracking in freezing weather?
A: If the ambient temperature is below 0℃, either ensure the heat source supplies heat continuously or drain all water from the coil completely when the machine is not in use.
