    Product Overview

    1. The HTFC type cabinet-type centrifugal fan is a high-efficiency, low-noise cabinet-type centrifugal fan. The product consists of a low-noise forward-tilted multi-blade centrifugal fan, motor, bearings, transmission components, and a sound-absorbing box. Depending on the installation location, it offers 12 different angle inlet and outlet positions to meet the user's different installation needs.

    According to different fire protection and ventilation requirements, it is divided into two types: A type and B type. The A type motor is installed outside the box and is used for fire smoke exhaust, in accordance with the CCCF regulations, it is named "Centrifugal Fire Smoke Exhaust Fan". It has undergone high-temperature tests (280°C for 60 minutes) in accordance with GA211-2009 standards. The B type motor is installed inside the box and is used for ventilation and air exchange.

    2. The fan is divided into 12 specifications ranging from 9" to 40", with a series air volume of 1650 to 112619 m3/h and a total pressure of 152 to 1124 Pa. Available in Type I (single-speed) and Type II (dual-speed) for performance adjustment. It can also be equipped with a variable-frequency motor (25Hz to 50Hz range).

    3. To meet the requirements of explosion-proof environments, the fan can be made with an explosion-proof grade of EXdIIBT4, suitable for places with flammable and explosive gases.

    4. To meet noise requirements, the fan can be equipped with different lengths of mufflers, or the muffler-type box body can be thickened to reduce noise levels.
