Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: What is the difference between Type A and Type B HTFC fans?
Type A has the motor installed outside the box for fire smoke exhaust (CCCF certified). Type B has the motor inside the box and is used for general ventilation.
Q2: Can the HTFC fan withstand high temperatures?
Yes, the Type A fire smoke exhaust fan can operate continuously for 60 minutes at a temperature of 280°C.
Q3: Does this fan support speed adjustment?
Yes, Type II is a dual-speed model. Additionally, fans can be equipped with variable-frequency motors and controllers (recommended range: 25Hz to 50Hz).
Q4: Is there an explosion-proof version available?
Yes, we provide explosion-proof models with a grade of EXdIIBT4, suitable for hazardous locations.
Q5: Can filters be added to the fan box?
Yes, primary, secondary, or high-efficiency filters can be configured, though the box length will be increased to account for pressure loss.
Q6: How is the noise level controlled?
Noise is minimized using a multi-blade centrifugal design, sound-absorbing box housing, and optional mufflers or thickened box walls.
