Low Noise Belt-Type Ventilation Fan Box - High-Quality China Factory Suppliers for Efficient Airflow Solutions
Product Overview
1. The HTFC type cabinet-type centrifugal fan is a high-efficiency, low-noise cabinet-type centrifugal fan. The product consists of a low-noise forward-tilted multi-blade centrifugal fan, motor, bearings, transmission components, and a sound-absorbing box. Depending on the installation location, it offers 12 different angle inlet and outlet positions to meet the user's different installation needs.
According to different fire protection and ventilation requirements, it is divided into two types: A type and B type. The A type motor is installed outside the box and is used for fire smoke exhaust, in accordance with the CCCF regulations. The fan can operate continuously for 60 minutes at a temperature of 280°C. The B type motor is installed inside the box and is used for ventilation and air exchange.
2. The fan is divided into 12 specifications ranging from 9" to 40", with a series air volume of 1650 to 112619 m3/h and a total pressure of 152 to 1124 Pa. Available in Type I (single-speed) and Type II (dual-speed) for performance adjustment.
3. To meet explosion-proof environments, the fan can be made with an explosion-proof grade of EXdIIBT4, suitable for places with flammable and explosive gases.
4. For noise reduction, the fan can be equipped with different lengths of mufflers, or the muffler-type box body can be thickened to significantly reduce operational noise.
5. The fan can be equipped with primary, secondary, or high-efficiency filters to improve air cleanliness. Actual pressure loss and box length are adjusted accordingly.
Product Application
Fans can be widely used in various places such as hotels, restaurants, auditoriums, theaters, basements, factories and mines, office buildings, etc. for ventilation and smoke removal. They are particularly suitable for places that require low noise and large air volume for ventilation and smoke removal.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between Type A and Type B HTFC fans?
Type A has the motor installed outside the box and is specifically designed for fire smoke exhaust (CCCF certified). Type B has the motor inside the box and is used for general ventilation and air exchange.
How long can the fan operate during a fire?
The Type A centrifugal fire smoke exhaust fan is tested to operate continuously for at least 60 minutes at a high temperature of 280°C.
Can the fan speed be adjusted?
Yes, Type II models feature dual-speed motors for two-speed regulation. Additionally, the fan can be equipped with a variable-frequency motor and controller (recommended range 25Hz to 50Hz).
Is there an explosion-proof option for hazardous environments?
Yes, the fan can be manufactured with an explosion-proof grade of EXdIIBT4, making it suitable for environments with flammable or explosive gases.
Can I add air filters to the cabinet fan?
Yes, primary, secondary, or high-efficiency filters can be integrated to improve air cleanliness, though the box length will be increased to accommodate them and account for pressure loss.
What are the available sizes and air volumes?
The fan comes in 12 specifications from 9" to 40", offering air volumes ranging from 1650 to 112619 m3/h.
