    Product Overview

    1. The HTFC type cabinet-type centrifugal fan is a high-efficiency, low-noise cabinet-type centrifugal fan. The product consists of a low-noise forward-tilted multi-blade centrifugal fan, motor, bearings, transmission components, and a sound-absorbing box. Depending on the installation location, it offers 12 different angle inlet and outlet positions to meet the user's different installation needs. According to different fire protection and ventilation requirements, it is divided into two types: A type and B type. The A type motor is installed outside the box and is used for fire smoke exhaust, in accordance with the CCCF regulations, it is named "Centrifugal Fire Smoke Exhaust Fan", and has undergone high-temperature tests in accordance with GA211-2009 "Fire Exhaust Fan High-Temperature Resistance Test Method" by the National Fire Safety Certification Center and obtained CCCF certification. The fan can operate continuously for 60 minutes at a temperature of 280°C. The B type motor is installed inside the box and is used for ventilation and air exchange.

    2. The fan is divided into 12 specifications ranging from 9" to 40", with a series air volume of 1650 to 112619 m3/h and a total pressure of 152 to 1124 Pa. After continuous improvement and development, the HTFC type cabinet-type centrifugal fan can be divided into two types: I and II. Type I is a single-speed type, and Type II is a dual-speed type, equipped with a dual-speed motor to achieve two-speed speed regulation, meeting the user's needs for performance adjustment at different operating conditions. The fan can also be equipped with a variable-frequency motor and a variable-frequency controller to achieve variable-frequency speed regulation. It is recommended to set the adjustment frequency within the range of 25Hz to 50Hz.

    3. To meet the requirements of explosion-proof environments, the fan can be made into an explosion-proof fan, with an explosion-proof grade of EXdIIBT4, suitable for places with flammable and explosive gases.

    4. To meet the noise requirements of different locations, the fan can be equipped with different lengths of mufflers, or the muffler-type box body of the fan can be thickened to reduce the fan noise.

    5. The fan can be equipped with primary, secondary or high-efficiency filters to improve the cleanliness of the air. When configuring filters, the actual pressure loss should be considered, and the length of the fan box body should be appropriately increased.

    Product Application

Fans can be widely used in various places such as hotels, restaurants, auditoriums, theaters, basements, factories and mines, office buildings, etc. for ventilation and smoke removal. They are particularly suitable for places that require low noise and large air volume for ventilation and smoke removal.

    Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What is the difference between Type A and Type B HTFC cabinet-type centrifugal fans?
Type A motors are installed outside the box and are specifically designed for fire smoke exhaust. They can operate continuously for 60 minutes at 280°C and are CCCF certified. Type B motors are installed inside the box and are used for regular ventilation and air exchange.
What specifications and air volume ranges does the HTFC series offer?
The series is divided into 12 specifications ranging from 9" to 40". It delivers an air volume series of 1,650 to 112,619 m³/h and a total pressure range of 152 to 1,124 Pa.
What is the difference between Type I and Type II models?
Type I is a single-speed centrifugal fan. Type II is a dual-speed model equipped with a dual-speed motor to allow two-speed speed regulation, meeting different performance demands under varying operating conditions.
Can this fan be used in explosion-proof environments?
Yes, the fan can be manufactured with an explosion-proof grade of EXdIIBT4, making it safe and suitable for installations containing flammable and explosive gases.
How can I reduce the noise level of the HTFC cabinet fan?
To meet strict noise requirements, the fan can be configured with mufflers of different lengths, or the sound-absorbing box body of the fan can be thickened to effectively minimize operation noise.
Can I install filters on the HTFC centrifugal fan?
Yes, primary, secondary, or high-efficiency filters can be added to improve air cleanliness. Please note that the actual pressure loss must be considered, and the length of the fan box body should be appropriately increased to accommodate the filters.
