Low Noise Belt-type Ventilation Fan Box - Reliable China Suppliers & Factory for Superior Performance
Product Overview
1. The HTFC type cabinet-type centrifugal fan is a high-efficiency, low-noise cabinet-type centrifugal fan. The product consists of a low-noise forward-tilted multi-blade centrifugal fan, motor, bearings, transmission components, and a sound-absorbing box. Depending on the installation location, it offers 12 different angle inlet and outlet positions to meet the user's different installation needs. According to different fire protection and ventilation requirements, it is divided into two types: A type and B type. The A type motor is installed outside the box and is used for fire smoke exhaust, in accordance with the CCCF regulations, it is named "Centrifugal Fire Smoke Exhaust Fan", and has undergone high-temperature tests in accordance with GA211-2009 "Fire Exhaust Fan High-Temperature Resistance Test Method" by the National Fire Safety Certification Center and obtained CCCF certification. The fan can operate continuously for 60 minutes at a temperature of 280°C. The B type motor is installed inside the box and is used for ventilation and air exchange.
2. The fan is divided into 12 specifications ranging from 9" to 40", with a series air volume of 1650 to 112619 m3/h and a total pressure of 152 to 1124 Pa. After continuous improvement and development, the HTFC type cabinet-type centrifugal fan can be divided into two types: I and II. Type I is a single-speed type, and Type II is a dual-speed type, equipped with a dual-speed motor to achieve two-speed speed regulation, meeting the user's needs for performance adjustment at different operating conditions. The fan can also be equipped with a variable-frequency motor and a variable-frequency controller to achieve variable-frequency speed regulation. It is recommended to set the adjustment frequency within the range of 25Hz to 50Hz.
Explosion-Proof Environment
To meet the requirements of explosion-proof environments, the fan can be made into an explosion-proof fan, with an explosion-proof grade of EXdIIBT4, suitable for places with flammable and explosive gases.
Noise Reduction Options
To meet the noise requirements of different locations, the fan can be equipped with different lengths of mufflers, or the muffler-type box body of the fan can be thickened to reduce the fan noise.
Air Cleanliness Filters
The fan can be equipped with primary, secondary or high-efficiency filters to improve the cleanliness of the air. When configuring filters, the actual pressure loss should be considered, and the length of the fan box body should be appropriately increased.
Product Application
Fans can be widely used in various places such as hotels, restaurants, auditoriums, theaters, basements, factories and mines, office buildings, etc. for ventilation and smoke removal. They are particularly suitable for places that require low noise and large air volume for ventilation and smoke removal.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between Type A and Type B HTFC cabinet fans?
Type A is designed for fire smoke exhaust with the motor installed outside the box. It is CCCF certified and can operate continuously for 60 minutes at 280°C. Type B has the motor installed inside the box and is used for regular ventilation and air exchange.
What are the air volume and pressure ranges available?
The series is divided into 12 specifications ranging from 9" to 40", offering an air volume of 1,650 to 112,619 m³/h and a total pressure of 152 to 1,124 Pa.
Can the speed of the HTFC centrifugal fan be adjusted?
Yes. Type I is a single-speed model, while Type II is a dual-speed model equipped with a dual-speed motor. Additionally, the fan can be equipped with a variable-frequency motor and controller (recommended range: 25Hz to 50Hz) for variable-speed regulation.
Does the fan support explosion-proof configurations?
Yes, for hazardous environments containing flammable and explosive gases, the fan can be manufactured with an explosion-proof grade of EXdIIBT4.
How can noise levels be reduced for this fan?
To meet specific noise requirements, the fan can be equipped with different lengths of mufflers, or the sound-absorbing muffler-type box body can be thickened.
Can air filters be installed on the HTFC cabinet fan?
Yes, primary, secondary, or high-efficiency filters can be configured to improve air cleanliness. Note that the actual pressure loss should be factored in, and the fan box body length may need to be increased.
